Hi! My name is Jessica! I have been a licensed nail tech for over 10 years. I love making my clients feel good by offering a calm, relaxing and enjoyable experience. Nothing makes you feel good like a fresh manicure, pedicure or both! I am all about keeping the natural nail as healthy as possible. I mainly work with gels like gel polish and builder gel. Cancellation Policy
I totally get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Appointments must be canceled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Appointments made, changed or canceled within less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 30% of the booking total.
If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify me at (978) 906-3836 or nailsbyjessma@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
No call/no show will result in a 50% charge of the service total. If you are going to be late, please inform me as soon as possible as this will affect the amount of time for your appointment. I will give you a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late and you have not informed me, I will assume you are not coming and your appointment will be cancelled.
These policies are in place to respect both my time and yours. By accepting this policy you agree to the 30% fee for cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment as well as the 50% fee for no call/no show.
If you have specific nail art in mind, please reach out to me through text or email with pictures so we may discuss what you are looking for. I want to make sure you get just what you want but I am also not a great artist and want to make sure i can give you what you want! Please feel free to text or email me with any questions you have!
